与传统现场施工不同,预制装配式混凝土构件通过深化设计将建筑物拆分为梁、板、柱、墙等工厂预制构件,在现场借助吊装设备拼装完成施工。目前预制装配式建筑应用越来越广泛,但也暴露出一些质量通病。调查了上海市近年来预制装配式建筑工程项目的施工现场,总结施工工艺流程,查找后期施工吊装中常见的质量问题及原因,提出相应的防范措施。
Different from the traditional on-site construction, the prefabricated prefabricated concrete components are split into buildings prefabricated parts such as beams, slabs, columns and walls by deepening the design, and the construction is completed on site by means of hoisting equipment. At present, prefabricated buildings are used more and more widely, but some quality problems are also exposed. This paper investigates the construction site of prefabricated prefabricated construction projects in Shanghai in recent years, summarizes the construction process flow, finds out the common quality problems and causes in the post-construction hoisting, and puts forward corresponding preventive measures.
