随着世界经济的发展,竞争环境的日益严峻,建筑市场同样也面临着更高要求的挑战,我国建筑市场在传统的关注建筑质量和安全的前提之下,更应该关注工程招投标与合同管理工作。竞争的加剧使得建筑业单纯的依靠低成本取胜的时代已经成为了过去时,需要做好前期的工程招投标工作,然后对合同进行系统的管理。目前我国关于建筑的招投标和合同管理规范和标准也相继出现,如何将工程招投标与合同管理更好的应用到工程实践之中,是本文要研究的重点内容,也是各界群众关心的重点话题。
With the development of world economy and increasingly severe competition environment, the construction market also faces the challenge of higher requirements.
