研究了1020~1100℃固溶和480~520℃时效对冷轧97Ni Be合金带材的组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随固溶温度升高,合金组织内晶粒尺寸增大,未溶解β相减少,经时效后,抗拉强度和伸长率随固溶温度的升高而明显下降,屈服强度在1060℃固溶时达到最大值;在480~520℃时效,组织中产生富铍的G.P.区,G.P.区随温度升高或时间延长而增厚,当固溶温度为1020℃时,合金在480~500℃时效4~6 h,可获得良好的综合力学性能。
The effects of solid solution at 1020 ~ 1100 ℃ and aging at 480 ~ 520 ℃ on the microstructure and mechanical properties of cold rolled 97Ni Be alloy strip were investigated. The results show that with the increase of solution temperature, the grain size of the alloy increases and the undissolved β phase decreases. After aging, the tensile strength and elongation decrease obviously with the increase of solution temperature. The yield strength is about 1060 When the solution temperature is 1020 ℃, the alloy reaches the maximum at solution temperature of 480 ~ 520 ℃, the GP zone with rich beryllium is formed at the aging time of 480 ~ 520 ℃, and the GP zone thickens with increasing temperature or time. 500 ℃ aging 4 ~ 6 h, get a good comprehensive mechanical properties.
