紫花苜蓿耐盐新品系(下称耐盐苜蓿)是以保定、南皮、RS和秘鲁苜蓿为亲本材料,于1988-1994年在河北省中捷农场和山东省德州市苗圃(土壤含盐量0.3-0.5%),通过四代混合选择而成。1995-1997年通过盆栽耐盐鉴定、品种比较试验和生产试验,对新品系耐盐性进行系统研究。结果表明,在0.3%和0.4%NaCl胁迫下,盆栽耐盐苜蓿的干重比保定苜蓿(对照)分别提高13.0%和11.3%。在山东德州(土壤含盐量为0.25-0.45%),产草量比对照提高11.1-13.4%。在山东无棣县(土壤含盐量为0.48%),产草量比保定苜蓿(对照)提高1.82-2.0%,比秘鲁苜蓿提高18.3-33.6%,比陇东苜蓿提高对.5-80.3%。在甘肃兰州,(土壤含盐量为0.206-0.743%),耐盐苜蓿比陇中苜蓿增产9.0-18.0%。试验结果表明,耐盐苜蓿新品系的选育效果良好。
The new salt tolerant alfalfa variety (salt tolerant alfalfa) is based on Baoding, Nanpi, RS and Peruvian alfalfa as the parent material, and from 1988 to 1994, Zhongjie Farm in Hebei Province and Dezhou City in Shandong Province (soil salt content 0.3-0.5%), selected through a mixture of four generations. From 1995 to 1997, salt tolerance of potted plants was systematically studied through pot salt tolerance identification, variety comparison test and production experiment. The results showed that under salt stress of 0.3% and 0.4% NaCl, the dry weight of salt-tolerant alfalfa increased by 13.0% and 11.3% respectively compared with that of Baoding alfalfa (control). In Shandong Dezhou (soil salt content of 0.25-0.45%), the yield of grass increased by 11.1-13.4% compared with the control. In Wudi County of Shandong Province (soil salinity was 0.48%), the yield of grassland was 1.82-2.0% higher than Baoding alfalfa (control) and 18.3-33.6% higher than Peru’s alfalfa, Alfalfa raised right. 5-80.3%. In Lanzhou, Gansu, soil salinity was 0.206-0.743%, and salt-tolerant alfalfa increased 9.0-18.0% compared with alfalfa in Longzhong. The results showed that the selection of new salt-tolerant alfalfa strains was good.
