目的采用概率设计理论为提高叶片式减振器批量产品的性能指标提供理论设计依据.方法通过概率设计,找出叶片式减振器配合尺寸公差与额定阻力值散布状况的直接关系.从而确定影响减振器性能的主要配合尺寸公差.结果改进设计后,在制造成本基本不变的前提下,叶片式减振器的工作稳定性得到了显著提高.结论概率设计的方法可以将产品的结构参数设计与产品的性能指标和产品合格率直接联系在一起.从性能价格比的角度综合进行产品设计是一种先进的设计方法.
Aims Probability design theory is used to provide the theoretical basis for improving the performance index of the leaf absorber.
