当今社会中,工作压力所带来的人与人之间的竞争越来越激烈。为避免由此带来的负面影响,降低企事业单位的人力运行成本,本人认为有必要加强对人际“沟通”的探讨。
In today’s society, the pressure of work caused by the competition between people more and more intense. In order to avoid the negative impact caused thereby and to reduce the manpower running cost of enterprises and institutions, I think it is necessary to strengthen the discussion on interpersonal communication.
