由中国生物医学工程学会心脏起搏与电生理分会消融学组和北京医科大学第一医院心内科联合举办的第四届长城射频消融治疗心律失常研讨会1993年4月2～5日在北京举行。参加学术交流的有台湾荣民总医院心内科主任张茂松教授,心脏电生理室主任陈适安医师等和大陆26个省的89位专家学者。此次会议的研讨重点是:①射频导管消融对折返性房性心动过速的应用;②后间隔的解剖学特征和后间隔旁路的消融;③右侧旁路的消融治疗;④多旁路的消融治疗。针对以上四方面选择了典型病人进行了电视现场直播示教。在大陆首次成功进行了一例右后间隔折返性房性心动过速的射频消融。海峡两岸射频消融开展得十分活跃。台湾长庚医学院和荣民总医院射频消融治疗室上性心动过速均达500余例。大陆已有38家医院相继开展该项治
The Fourth Great Wall Radiofrequency Catheter Arrhythmia Symposium was held in Beijing from April 2 to 5, 1993 by the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering Cardiac Pacing and Electrophysiology Branch Ablation Group and the First Hospital of Beijing Medical University Cardiology . To participate in academic exchanges, there are Professor Zhang Maosong, director of Department of Cardiology, Veterans General Hospital of Taiwan, Dr. Chen Shi’an, director of cardiophysiology department, and 89 experts and scholars from 26 provinces in the mainland. The focus of this meeting is: ① the application of RF catheter ablation of reentrant atrial tachycardia; ② anatomic features of the posterior septum and ablation of the posterior septal bypass; ③ ablation of the right bypass; ④ multi-lateral Road ablation treatment. For the above four aspects of the typical patient selected a live TV broadcast. For the first time in China, a successful radiofrequency ablation of right atrial septal reentrant atrial tachycardia was performed. Radiofrequency ablation across the Taiwan Strait has been very active. Taiwan Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and Veterans General Hospital radiofrequency ablation of supraventricular tachycardia reached more than 500 cases. 38 hospitals in mainland China have carried out the treatment one after another
