随着电子元件的发展,特别是大规模集成电路的出现,使得电子计算机控制发动机、变速器换档等成为可能。过去自动变速器间液压控制换档,输入参数是发动机转速、车速和油门开启度——油门全开转入最佳动力性。而电子控制时,输入参数可以增加,换档车速可在不同油门开启度下,有最佳经济性或动力性等,所以国外广为研究,并已有不少车型采用。本文对换档的基本原理进行了研究,并以红旗轿车二档自动变速为例,从液压控制转变为电子控制后,试验的实际效果显示出电子控制的优越性。
With the development of electronic components, especially the emergence of large-scale integrated circuits, electronic computers make it possible to control the engine, shift gears and the like. In the past, hydraulic transmissions were shifted between automatic transmissions. Input parameters were engine speed, vehicle speed, and throttle opening - full throttle into optimal power. The electronic control, the input parameters can be increased, shift speed at different throttle opening, the best economy or power, etc., so extensive research abroad, and many have adopted models. In this paper, the basic principle of gear shifting is studied. Taking the second gear automatic transmission of Hongqi as an example, the actual effect of the experiment shows the superiority of electronic control after the hydraulic control is changed to electronic control.
