秦砖汉瓦式的中国建筑结构,黑瓦是导致顶层房间温度冬冷夏热的主要因素。以南京为例,位于北纬32度,东经119度,全年太阳辐射总量5.024MJ/m~2。每年7~8月平均日辐射强度,1m~2相当700w电炉的能量照射到屋面。黑瓦吸收太阳辐射能量,并传导到顶层房内,提高房间的温度。寒冬房内,温度大于室外温度,使房内的热量通过黑瓦辐射到室外,使室温降低。如使用反射隔热涂料,涂刷在屋面的黑瓦、石棉瓦和水泥隔热板上,使屋面吸收太阳辐射系数
