利用新型无机发泡胶凝材料和发泡注浆设备,进行了平顶山煤业集团天安公司十三矿己15.17煤层11111采面回风巷高冒区托顶煤火灾防治研究.在30d内,分别在高冒区的1#,2#,3#共3个注浆孔,共进行了12个班次的注浆作业,使3个注浆孔的O2,N2,CO,CO2,CH4气体的平均浓度分别由注浆前的5.305%,82.265%,0.139%,2.531%,9.560%,变化为注浆后的16.492%,81.544%,0.041%,0.177%,1.634%.表明该新型无机发泡胶凝材料对高冒区的有效填充,降低了高冒区漏风量,阻止了高冒区托顶煤的进一步氧化升温,使CO,CO2气体的浓度降低,O2,N2气体的浓度接近正常水平,从而有效的防止了托顶煤自然发火现象的发生.该无机发泡胶凝材料的使用量仅为非发泡材料用量的1/3~1/8,且该发泡材料还具有受热失水后,不发生体积收缩变形,不形成新的漏风裂隙的特点.
Using new inorganic foaming cementitious material and foaming grouting equipment, we carried out the research on fire prevention and control of top coal caving in high return area with 11111 coal seam roof in No. 11 mine of Tian’an Company of Pingdingshan Coal Industry Group Co., Ltd. The effective filling of the condensate material in the high-yielding area reduced the amount of air leakage in the high-yielding area and prevented the further oxidation and temperature increase of the top coal in the high-yielding area, resulting in a decrease in the concentration of CO and CO2 gases and the concentration of O2 and N2 gases close to the normal level, Thus effectively preventing the spontaneous combustion phenomenon of the top coal.The use of the inorganic foaming cementitious material is only 1/3 to 1/8 of the amount of the non-foamed material, and the foamed material also has the effects of being heated and dehydrated After the volume contraction does not occur deformation, does not form a new air leakage fissure characteristics.
