用分别添加了0、25、50、75和100mg/kg维生素E的实用性饲料饲养体重(20.34±3.45)g的梭鲈60d,以观察饲料中维生素E添加量对梭鲈生长的影响,每组饲料设3个重复。结果显示:投喂维生素E添加量由低到高的5组饲料,梭鲈的成活率依次为95.6%、95.6%、96.7%、98.9%和96.7%;相对增重率依次为102.49%、106.95%、118.78%、121.02%和118.66%;饲料系数依次为2.52、1.80、1.54、1.40和1.35。与不添加维生素E组相比,在饲料中添加50mg/kg以上的维生素E,虽然对成活率的影响不显著,但能使生长速度显著提高,饲料系数显著降低。据此认为梭鲈饲料的维生素E适宜添加量为50mg/kg。
The weight per cent (20.34 ± 3.45) g of pike perch for 60 days was fed with 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100 mg / kg dietary supplements respectively to observe the effect of dietary vitamin E supplementation on the growth of pike perch Group feed set 3 replicates.
