利用 He- Ne激光器、高速摄影技术及计算机信号采集系统对柴油机供油系统中存在的短时间存活汽泡进行了研究 ,分析了此时的高压油管压力波特性及其频谱特点。通过对高速摄影胶片的播放分析 ,可清晰地发现柴油机供油系统中出油阀紧帽腔处汽泡的产生机理并找出此类汽泡的存活时间约 2 .0~ 2 .5 ms
The use of He-Ne laser, high-speed photographic technology and computer signal acquisition system to study the existence of short-lived gas bubbles in the diesel engine oil supply system was analyzed. At the same time, the characteristics of high pressure tubing pressure wave and its frequency spectrum were analyzed. By analyzing the playback of high-speed photographic film, the generation mechanism of the bubble at the cap of the discharge valve in the diesel oil supply system can be found clearly and the survival time of the bubble can be found about 2.0-2.5 ms
