[英国《国际核工程》1987年1月号第8页报道]把核电局改成为公司的意向原则上已明朗,这是印度原子能委员会主席Ramanna博士在记者招待会上说的。目的之一是,在今后10—15年内,吸引公众对大大扩充的核电计划投资,可能在不久的将来发行15亿卢比(1.15亿美元)的债券。他说,改为商业运行,主要为了加速实施到本世纪末达到10000MWe目标的核电计划。
[British International Nuclear Project, January 1987, p. 8] The intention to change the nuclear power station into a company has been clearly stated in principle. This was stated by Dr. Ramanna, chairman of the Indian Atomic Energy Commission, at a press conference. One of the purposes is to attract public investment in the greatly expanded nuclear power program in the next 10-15 years, possibly issuing 1.5 billion rupees ($115 million) of bonds in the near future. He said that the change to commercial operations was mainly aimed at accelerating the implementation of a nuclear power project with a target of 10,000 MWe by the end of this century.
