[方法]以水和乙腈为流动相,利用高效液相色谱法,在检测波长230 nm处,定量分析18%吡嘧磺隆·精噁唑禾草灵可湿性粉剂。[结果]吡嘧磺隆及精噁唑禾草灵的线性相关性良好,相关系数分别为0.9997、0.9998,并且测得数值的标准偏差低、变异系数小、平均回收率高。[结论]该检测方法不仅操作快速简单,还具有精密度高、准确性好、相关性大等优点,可作为一种成熟的分析手段。
[Method] With water and acetonitrile as the mobile phase, 18% pyrazosulfuron-ethyl / oxadiazole sodium WP was quantitatively analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography at the detection wavelength of 230 nm. [Result] The linear correlation between pyrazosulfuron ethyl and fenoxaprop was good with the correlation coefficients of 0.9997 and 0.9998, respectively. The standard deviation of the measured values was low, the coefficient of variation was small, and the average recovery rate was high. [Conclusion] This method not only has the advantages of fast and simple operation, but also has the advantages of high precision, good accuracy and high correlation, which can be used as a mature analytical method.
