国内外的成功应用表明,二氧化碳干法压力技术是可行的。二氧化碳压裂技术使用无水的液态CO2作为压裂介质,相比水基压裂体系具有优势。目前二氧化碳压力技术也存在一些问题,包括携砂及降滤失性能差,需要研制高效增稠剂、减阻剂等;该技术对混砂设备要求较高,是制约技术发展的问题之一。
The successful application at home and abroad shows that the dry-pressure carbon dioxide technology is feasible. Carbon dioxide fracturing technology uses anhydrous liquid CO2 as a fracturing medium, which has advantages over water-based fracturing systems. At present, there are some problems with carbon dioxide pressure technology, including poor performance of sand carrying and fluid loss control, high thickeners and drag reducing agents need to be developed; the technology has higher requirements for sand mixing equipment and is one of the problems restricting technological development.
