我国近几年来先后发现十多种鼠携带流行性出血热(EHF)病毒。以鼠密度及带毒率来预测EHF的流行强度,进而采取针对性措施开展预防已为专业工作者所应用。在我区,作为野外优势种黑线姬鼠的季节消长与EHF的发病曲线相一致。故有效降低鼠密度以控制EHF的流行也就成为当前的一个重要课题。为此,我们选择了地形为沿江冲积平原、四周江河环绕的怀宁县红星乡,于1984年12月开展了一次全乡范围突击药物灭鼠。结果报告如下。材料与方法室内选用0.05%敌鼠钠盐大米加植物油毒饵,连续4天投毒;室外用3%磷化锌大米加植
In recent years, China has discovered more than 10 kinds of mice carrying epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) virus. Predict the epidemic intensity of EHF with rat density and virulence rate, and then take targeted measures to prevent has been applied to professional workers. In our district, the seasonal fluctuation of Apodemus agrarius as the dominant species in the field is consistent with the onset curve of EHF. Therefore, effectively reducing the rat density to control the epidemic of EHF has become an important issue.
