太湖蓝藻爆发后,江苏省政府制定了《江苏省太湖水污染治理工作方案》,要求到2010年太湖流域、淮海流域化学农药使用量(商品量,下同)比2007年分别减少20%和12%。在日前举办的第二届世界农药科技与应用发展学术交流会上,江苏省植保站站长刁春友透露,2009年农用杀虫剂用量已比2007年减少15%。在政策、社会、技术等多方面因素的综合影响下,杀虫剂比2007年减量使用20%以上完全有可能。
After the outbreak of blue-green algae in Taihu Lake, the Jiangsu Provincial Government has formulated the “Work Plan for Water Pollution Control in Taihu Lake in Jiangsu Province”, requiring that by 2010, the use of chemical pesticides in the Taihu Lake Basin and the Huaihai Basin will be reduced by 20% and 12% respectively from 2007 %. Held recently in the second session of the world’s pesticide science and technology and application development academic exchange meeting, plant protection station in Jiangsu Province, Diao Chunyou disclosed that the amount of agricultural pesticides in 2009 has been reduced by 15% over 2007. Under the combined influence of many factors such as policies, social science and technology, it is entirely possible that pesticides will be reduced by 20% over 2007.
