随着改革的深入,企业中相当一部分职工生活遇到一些亟待解决的困难。寻找一条维护困难职工合法权益的途径和方法,是做好困难企业、困难职工思想政治工作最现实、最有效的突破口。寻找到这条途径,应从以下几个方面着手: 1.建立依法维护机制。要建立依法维护的机制,从根本上改变目前维权力度脆弱的状况。一是通过工会代表职工进行的民主参与和社会监督;二是由工会组织职工参加的民主监督。这二者结合形成的维护机制,不仅能使工会真正发挥它的劳动关系的“稳压器”与“调节阀”的作用,而且能最大限度地维护困难职工的合法权益。依法维护还必须加强劳动法律监督制度建设,如建立对劳动合同订立和执行
With the deepening of reform, a considerable part of the staff and workers in enterprises have encountered some difficulties to be solved urgently. Looking for a way and method of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff members in difficulty is the most realistic and effective breakthrough point in doing ideological and political work for those in difficulty and for employees in difficulty.
