氧氟沙星注射液和环丙沙星注射液均为奎诺酮类第3代抗生素~([1]),有广谱抗菌作用,尤其对需氧革兰阴性杆菌的抗菌活性高,常用于急性胃肠炎,妇科疾病等的治疗,价格低廉,药效好,目前在基层医院特别是社区卫生服务部门应用仍较为广泛。查看药理学典籍或是药品使用说明书会发现除药品名称不一样外,2者抗菌作用,用法用量等均极为类似,因此,在选择顺序上往往令医师迷惑。故而,为对比这2种药物的疗效及不良反应,作者对本院2016年4—9月共68名急性胃肠炎
