目的：探析整体护理对股骨骨折手术的临床应用价值。方法选择60例在我院实施手术进行治疗的股骨骨折患者作为研究对象，严格按照随机分配原则将其分为两组（观察组和对照组），每组30例。对照组采用常规护理方式，观察组采用整体护理方式，观察并比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的轻度、重度疼痛率均低于对照组，观察组的护理满意度为93.33%，明显高于对照组的73.33%，观察组的护理效果优于对照组，且P＜0.05，组间差异具有统计学意义。结论整体护理可以有效地缓解股骨骨折患者的术后疼痛度，并提高其对护理服务的满意度，值得在临床上应用推广。“,”[ abstract ]objective analysis the overal nursing the clinical application value of femoral fracture surgery.
