目的:观察平肺口服液对行胸部放疗的非小细胞肺癌患者放射性肺炎和肺纤维化发生率的影响,以及血清中转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平的变化。方法:将符合入组条件的98例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为观察组50例和对照组48例。两组均接受常规胸部放射治疗,其中观察组在放疗同时予平肺口服液口服3个疗程,对照组进行单纯放疗。结果:对照组放射性肺炎(≥2级)发生率为33.3%,观察组为22.0%(P<0.05);放疗结束后6个月对照组放射性肺纤维化发生率42%,观察组18%(P<0.05);观察组放疗结束时及结束后2周的血清TGF-β1均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:平肺口服液可以减少放射性肺炎及肺纤维化的发生率,并降低血清TGF-β1水平,对放射性肺损伤具有一定预防作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Pingfei Oral Liquid on the incidence of radiation pneumonitis and pulmonary fibrosis in patients undergoing chest radiotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer, and the change of serum transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1). Methods: A total of 98 non-small cell lung cancer patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (48 cases). Both groups received conventional chest radiotherapy, in which the observation group was treated with Pingfei oral solution three times during radiotherapy and the control group with radiotherapy alone. Results: In the control group, the incidence of radiation pneumonitis (≥2 grade) was 33.3% in the observation group and 22.0% in the observation group (P <0.05). The incidence of radiation pulmonary fibrosis in the control group was 42% at 6 months after the end of radiotherapy and 18% P <0.05). Serum TGF-β1 in the observation group at the end of radiotherapy and 2 weeks after the end were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Pingfei oral liquid can reduce the incidence of radiation pneumonitis and pulmonary fibrosis and reduce the level of serum TGF-β1, which may have a preventive effect on radiation-induced lung injury.
