目的 观察七氟醚后处理对大鼠局灶性脑缺血-再灌注(I-R)损伤组织中炎症因子水平的影响.方法 90只SD大鼠随机均分为假手术组(C组)、I-R组和七氟醚后处理组(S组).建立大鼠大脑中动脉阻断I-R模型,比较脑I-R后24、48和72 h时的神经行为学评分和脑组织内炎症因子IL-1β、IL-6和IL-10的含量.结果 与C组比较,I-R组和S组各时间点神经行为学评分增加(P<0.05),脑组织IL-1β、IL-6和IL-10的含量增高(P<0.01).S组各时间点神经行为学评分、脑组织IL-1β和IL-6含量低于I-R组(P<0.05),IL-10含量高于I-R组(P<0.05).结论 七氟醚后处理能减轻大鼠脑I-R损伤,可能与降低脑组织中IL-1β、IL-6和增加IL-10含量有关.“,”Objective To observe the effects of sevoflurane postconditioning on the levels of inflammatory factors in cerebral tissues after focal ischemia-reperfusion(I-R) injury in rats.Methods Sixty male rats were equally and randomly divided into three groups of C (sham operation),I-R (cerebral I-R)and S(postconditioning with sevoflurane).The cerebral I-R injury model was established by middle cerebralartery occlusion.The neurobehavioral scores and the contents of inflammatory factors of IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-10 in cerebral tissues were compared at 24,48 and 72 hours after cerebral I-R injury among three groups.Results Compared with group C,the neurobehavioral scores and the contents of IL-1β,IL-6 and IL-10 in cerebral tissues were increased in groups of I-R and S at all time points(P<0.05 and P<0.01).The neurobehavioral scores and the contents of IL-1β and IL-6 in cerebral tissues were lower,while the content of IL-10 in cerebral tissues was higher,in group S than those in group I-R (P<0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane postprocessing can attenuate cerebral I-R injury in rats,which may be related to the decreases of IL-1β and IL-6 and increase of IL-10 in cerebral tissues.
