用于制备熔融石英的块状石英,一般粒度为-30+10 mm,常规选矿方法难以有效去除赋存于块状石英中的杂质。利用混合酸常温浸出技术对块状石英进行化学选矿提纯。探讨了酸种类及用量对浸出提纯效果的影响。室温下,HCl-H2SO4-C2H2O4-HF混合酸体系分2次浸出,HCl、H2SO4和HF用量分别为25,25 kg/t和4 kg/t。浸出提纯后块状石英元素Fe、Al和杂质元素总量分别为:5.543,22.71,87.56μg/g,去除率分别为98.21%,86.15%,90.69%。杂质含量低于熔融石英一级品质量标准。
