尤溪县2012年将新型农村合作医疗保险和城镇居民医疗保险实行并轨以来,取得了积极效果。本文试图结合尤溪县城乡居民基本医疗保险运行的实际,从城乡居民基本医疗保险管理存在的一些问题开始切入,对加强城乡居民医疗保险管理做一个浅层次的探讨。
Youxi County in 2012 will be the new rural cooperative medical insurance and urban residents to implement medical insurance merger, and achieved positive results. This paper attempts to combine with the actual operation of urban and rural residents in the basic medical insurance in Youxi County, starting from some problems existing in the management of urban and rural residents ’basic medical insurance, and doing a shallow discussion on strengthening the management of urban and rural residents’ medical insurance.
