目的：了解小脑星形胶质细胞瘤的ＣＴ表现。方法：对３６例经手术及病理证实的小脑星形胶质细胞瘤ＣＴ表现进行了回顾性分析总结。结果：小脑星形胶质细胞瘤大部分表现为囊性，其ＣＴ特征为：（１）环状壁厚薄不均匀强化，及壁结节强化伴钙化。（２）瘤周水肿轻，但均有程度不同的占位效应。结论：根据小脑星形胶质细胞瘤特殊表现，结合临床可作出正确诊断。
Objective: To understand the CT manifestations of cerebellar astrocytoma. Methods: The CT findings of cerebellar astrocytoma confirmed by operation and pathology in 36 cases were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results: Most cerebellar astrocytomas showed cystic features. CT features were as follows: (1) Inhomogeneous enhancement of annular wall thickness and enhancement of wall nodules with calcification. (2) peritumoral edema, but have different degrees of mass effect. Conclusion: According to the special manifestations of cerebellar astrocytoma, combined with clinical diagnosis can be made correctly.
