国家广播电视工业总局于79年9月在大连召开的“彩色电视接收机技术交流会“会议让,把日本东芝公司的X53P机芯定为我国彩色电视接收机生产的优选机芯。图象中放电路TA7611P伴音中放电路TA7176AP,行、坊扫描电路TA7609P和彩色信号综合处理电路TA7193P是这个机芯应用的四块集成电路。本文作者为了给厂里试制这些产品做些准备,并为(大正)机厂提供必要的电路应用资料,从79年四月份开始到十二月中旬止,对具有负向高放AGC电压输出的图象中放电路TA7607P和上述四块集成电路进行了解剖分析。从集成电路内的芯片上分析研究出内部电路图。本刊发表的这篇文章是对这几块集成电路的工作原理做了初步分析,以给(大正)机厂在使用这些电路时做了参考。
