详细介绍了预测PI控制算法的原理,该控制器既具有PI控制器的功能,又具有预测控制器的功能,特别适合大时滞系统的控制,而且结构简单,可调参数少。通过使用西门子S7-300可编程序控制器梯形图语言编写程序,开发了相应的模块,实现了预测PI控制算法,并将该算法应用于具有较大时滞的双容水箱液位的控制。实验结果表明,预测PI控制策略有较好的控制效果,是一种可以在实际工程中推广运用的新型控制器。
The principle of predicting PI control algorithm is introduced in detail. The controller not only has the function of PI controller but also has the function of predicting controller. It is especially suitable for the control of large time-delay system, and has the advantages of simple structure and few adjustable parameters. By using Siemens S7-300 programmable logic controller ladder programming language, the corresponding module has been developed to achieve the predictive PI control algorithm, and the algorithm is applied to control the level of double tank with large time delay. The experimental results show that the proposed PI control strategy has a good control effect and is a new type of controller that can be popularized and applied in practical projects.
