葱蝇幼虫俗称地蛆、根蛆等。是本地危害葱、蒜类蔬菜生长的最重要害虫。如果防治不及时,或用药不当,几日之内可猖獗发生。危害后往往造成缺苗断条,植株成片死亡,多数不得不毁种,损失极大。据84年6月上,中旬在本院内洋葱地观察,当葱蝇幼虫开始发生(被害率为0.4％)到毁种(89.4％),仅需9天多时间。按被害株剖茎险查,幼苗茎杆中,少则有蝇蛆4头,多则达62头。
Onion larva commonly known as maggot, root maggots and so on. It is the most important pest that locally endangers onions and garlic.
