以3种基质材料制成的新型模制有机发泡基质块为试材,并与未加工成型的3种原料基质进行对比,采用扦插繁育方法,研究了新型基质块对3种微型月季扦插成活率和植株叶片光合特性的影响。结果表明:3种模制有机发泡基质块(A1、A2、A3)及进口专用无土栽培基质原材(A5)与未加工成型的国产草炭和有机废弃物基质(A4、A6)之间对3种微型月季扦插成活率和叶片光合特性的影响都达到1%极显著差异水平;2种新型基质(A1、A3)对3种微型月季的互作效应达到1%极显著差异水平,品种B1“维克多”月季在新型发泡基质块A1、A3基质培的扦插成活率比未加工原料A4、A6分别提高了(A1B1>A4B1)42.73%、(A3B1>A6B1)98.27%,品种B2“吉吉”月季分别提高了(A1B2>A4B2)80.03%、(A3B2>A6B2)107.38%;品种B3“米酷”月季分别提高了(A1B3>A4B3)39.68%、(A3B3>A6B3)123.58%。基质块之间A1、A2、A3差异不显著,3种基质块与未加工的进口专用基质A5之间对扦插成活率和叶片光合生理特性的影响差异也不显著,说明用废弃物和国产草炭加工成型的新型基质块质量已达到了进口专用基质水平;3种微型月季品种之间扦插成活率和叶片光合生理特性也存在显著差异,均表现为B1(“维克多”)、B2(“吉吉”)>B3(“米酷”)。
