动静适度 生命在于运动加静养,动则养身,静则养心。老年人离退休后不宜苛求绝对安静,过分清闲不是福,要经常运动,爱勤劳,总忙碌,保持适度紧张。但是又不能太劳累太过力,生活懒散和劳累过度都不行。应该做到有劳有逸,动静交替。
