在以往的蹲踞式跳远教学中,我校由于学生多,场地小,学生对运动技能的掌握往往不能达到满意的效果。本案例笔者在教学设计时准确把握教学的重点和难点,遵循循序渐进的教学原则,环环相连,层层相扣,利用鞋盒首先采取一系列有针对性和可行性的专门练习、诱导练习、辅助练习和游戏练习来激发学生学习的兴趣,调动学生的练习积极性,其次,充分利用鞋盒的不同摆放形式进行集体练习、循环练习和变化条件练习提高学生的运动技能和基础运
