患者男,26岁.因外伤自采博落回草药根茎(干品)约10g,煎成500ml溶液,36小时内分4次口服,第四次系进院当天上午8时口服.约一小时后,患者出现神志不清伴四肢抽搐,持续3分钟缓解,缓解期间,自觉胸闷、四肢麻木、心悸等,之后又类似发作7次.发病后在当地卫生院洗胃及静注西地兰0.4m g、安定10mg后转本院.途中又发作一次.入院体检:T 37??、R 20次/分、P98次/分、BP 15/8.5k Pa.口腔粘膜破损,唇无紫
