采用N510和P507萃取法处理中条山铜钴精矿的新流程,可以简化选矿工艺,提高金属回收率。试验确定了萃取剂和料液的最佳浓度,测得金属离子分配比、分离因素,通过计算和模拟试验确定萃取级数和洗涤级数。
The use of N510 and P507 extraction process Zhongzhangshan copper and cobalt concentrate of the new process can simplify the beneficiation process and improve the metal recovery. The optimum concentration of extractant and feed solution was determined by experiments. The distribution ratio of metal ions and separation factors were determined. The extraction and washing stages were determined by calculation and simulation.
