目的:比较与分析肺部感染患者应用连花清瘟胶囊联合西药与单纯西药治疗临床疗效。方法:62例肺部感染患者按照随机抽签法分为对照组与治疗组。对照组采用头孢曲松钠2.0 g静脉滴注或左氧氟沙星0.4 g静脉滴注;治疗组于对照组治疗基础上加用连花清瘟胶囊4粒/次,3次/d,连续治疗7 d。比较两组细菌清除和疗效及不良反应、临床指标改善及预后情况、肾功能和Ig G及T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果:治疗组临床症状改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血清Ig G和T细胞亚群CD+3、CD+4、CD+8水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组细菌清除率和临床治疗有效率分别为93.55%(29/31)、90.32%(28/31)与对照组80.65%(25/31)、77.42%(24/31)比较(P<0.05)。两组患者血尿素氮和肌酐水平和不良反应比较(P>0.05)。结论:单纯西药与中西医联合治疗均具有一定安全性,但连花清瘟胶囊联合西药治疗肺部感染患者可改善患者免疫功能,促进患者临床症状改善,提高临床疗效和加速疾病康复。
Objective: To compare and analyze the clinical effect of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule combined with western medicine and western medicine alone in patients with pulmonary infection. Methods: Sixty-two patients with pulmonary infection were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to random sampling method. The control group received ceftriaxone sodium 2.0 g intravenously or levofloxacin 0.4 g intravenously. The treatment group was treated with Lianhua Qingwen Capsule 4 capsules / time for 3 times / d on the basis of the control group for 7 days. The bacterial clearance, efficacy and adverse reactions, improvement of clinical indexes and prognosis, renal function, Ig G and T lymphocyte subsets were compared between the two groups. Results: The improvement of clinical symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of CD + 3, CD + 4 and CD + 8 of Ig G and T cell subsets in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group ). The bacterial clearance rate and clinical treatment effective rate in the treatment group were 93.55% (29/31), 90.32% (28/31) and 80.65% (25/31) and 77.42% (24/31) respectively in the control group (P <0.05) ). Blood urea nitrogen and creatinine levels and adverse reactions in both groups were compared (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of western medicine alone and Western medicine has certain safety. However, Lianhua Qingwen Capsule combined with western medicine can improve immune function, improve clinical symptoms, improve clinical curative effect and accelerate the rehabilitation of patients with pulmonary infection.
