总会计师要承担相应的职责必须拥有超群的学习能力,必须从战略高度去审视财务与会计。笔者通过参加厦门国家会计学院总会计师培训后,对总会计师这一岗位有了更全面、更深刻的认识和思考,现总结心得与同行探讨。
Chief Accountant to assume the corresponding responsibilities must have superior learning ability, we must look at the strategic height of finance and accounting. After attending the training of the chief accountant of Xiamen National Accounting Institute, the author has a more comprehensive and deeper understanding and thinking about the position of chief accountant. Now I summed up the experience and my colleagues’ discussion.
