旋毛虫幼虫提取物对人血液凝固影响的研究结果表明,幼虫提取物能够抑制内源性凝血系统,但不导致或参与纤维蛋白的溶解。对ADP或肾上腺素诱导的血小板聚集有抑制作用,且可使ADP诱聚的血小板解聚。经Sephadex G—100纯化的提取物仍有抗凝活性。将幼虫粗提取物和层析提取物进行SDS—PAGE显示相对分子量在28—105KDa之间的8条相似区带。抗凝活性物质可能存在于这些区带中。
The results of studies on the effects of Trichinella spiralis larvae extract on human blood coagulation show that the larval extract inhibits the endogenous coagulation system but does not lead to or participates in fibrinolysis. Inhibits ADP or adrenergic-induced platelet aggregation, and depolymerizes ADP-induced platelets. The extract purified by Sephadex G-100 still has anticoagulant activity. SDS-PAGE of larval crude extracts and chromatographic extracts showed eight similar bands with relative molecular weights between 28-105 kDa. Anticoagulant actives may be present in these zones.
