研究了金属—橡胶硫化粘接复合体的剥离行为,考察了被粘橡胶配方中炭黑品级及其填充量对粘合试样双向180°剥离性能的影响.结果表明:同一试样的双向剥离强度的差异与炭黑的结构性及补强性相对应,且其剥离行为的异性程度与补强炭黑的填充量成正相关性.
The stripping behavior of the metal-rubber vulcanized adhesive composite was investigated. The effect of the carbon black grade and its filling amount on the bi-directional 180 ° peel property of the bonded samples was investigated. The results show that the difference of bidirectional peel strength of the same sample corresponds to the structure and reinforcement of carbon black, and the degree of the opposite sex of the peel behavior is positively correlated with the filling amount of reinforcing carbon black.
