加强高职院校内部管理,推进高职院校和谐发展,是促使高职教育从规模建设向内涵发展转型的关键。目前高职院校的内部管理,很大程度存在管理观念不新、运行机制不活、市场意识不强、学术权力与行政权力失衡等问题,有碍高职院校和谐发展。针对这些问题,本文进行一些有益的创新探索。
To strengthen the internal management of higher vocational colleges and promote the harmonious development of higher vocational colleges is the key to promote the transformation of higher vocational education from the scale construction to the connotation development. At present, the internal management of higher vocational colleges largely poses the problems of new concepts of management, inactivation of operating mechanism, weak market awareness, imbalance between academic and administrative powers, and impede the harmonious development of higher vocational colleges. In response to these problems, this article carries out some useful exploration of innovation.
