采用贯流式水轮机转轮内 CFD分析软件 ,对设计工况下转轮内部的三维紊流场进行了数值模拟 ,并增加了缝隙流的流动模型 ;基于 N -S方程和 K-ε紊流模型 ,应用贴体座标和交错网格系统 ,用 SIMPLEC算法对贯流式水轮机转轮内部的紊流进行数值模拟 ,得出其内部流场、压力场的分布情况及其水力效率和考虑缝隙的容积效率。最后将计算结果用 Tecplot7进行处理 ,分别用矢量图和等值线表示其内部的流动状态和压力分布 ,并将普通模型和缝隙流模型分析 ,比较得出结论。图 7参 7
The three-dimensional turbulent flow field inside the runner in the design condition was numerically simulated and the flow model of the crevice flow was increased by using the CFD analysis software in the turbine runner. Based on N-S equation and K-ε turbulence Model, the body coordinate and the staggered grid system are applied. The SIMPLEC algorithm is used to simulate the turbulent flow in the turbine runner. The distribution of internal flow field, pressure field and its hydraulic efficiency are obtained. Volumetric efficiency. Finally, the calculation results are processed with Tecplot7, and their internal flow states and pressure distributions are expressed respectively by vector diagrams and contour lines. The general model and the slot flow model are analyzed and compared. Figure 7 reference 7
