卡虎素(每片含死卡介苗50mg)是治疗支气管哮喘的药物,在生产流程中,首先必须研碎死卡介苗(简称死卡)。1986年3月在一次研碎死卡过程中改换了100目的筛子(孔径为0.154mm),参加生产的12名人员,事先未注意防护措施,连续4天,共研碎死卡500g,结果先后发生了轻重不一的反应。1 一般情况 参加生产者12名(男5,女7),年龄22～47岁。其中2名管理人员,10名技术人员。接触研碎死卡时间为1/2～4天。接触后至发病的时间:<1天者8例,1～2天者3例,>2天者1例。
