工匠精神是专业精神、职业态度、人文素养三者的统一,是从业人员的一种职业价值取向和行为表现,与人生观和价值观紧密相连。在职业教育中培养学生的工匠精神,是中国经济转型升级发展的需要,是企业、职业学校生存发展的需要,也是学生个人发展的需要。职业学校要深入理解工匠精神的内涵,高度重视学生工匠精神的培养,要努力探索不同的途径和方法来培养学生的工匠精神。
Craftsman spirit is the unification of professionalism, professional attitude and humanistic accomplishment. It is a professional value orientation and behavior expression of practitioners, closely linked with the outlook on life and values. To train students’ artisans in vocational education is the need of China’s economic restructuring and development, the survival and development of enterprises and vocational schools, and also the needs of individual development of students. Vocational schools should have a deeper understanding of the connotation of artisan spirit, attach great importance to the cultivation of the spirit of artisans, and strive to explore different ways and means to develop students’ craftsmanship.
