学生从小在家长和教师的哺育与培养下,不断成长与发展,在众多的教师中,班主任发挥着最关键的作用,班主任与家长之间的合作是否默契直接影响着学生的学习和成长,然而,从目前班主任与家长关系的发展现状来看,仍然存在很多问题需要解决,针对初中班主任与家长的合作关系展开讨论,分析了如何科学建立班主任与家长之间的合作关系,从而达到最终的教育目的。
