有机磷农药中毒为临床上最常见的急性中毒之一,中毒症状典型者诊断并不困难,但临床表现特殊时则易漏诊或误诊。本文报道以多发性神经炎为主要临床表现的有机磷中毒病例,以期引起重视,提高对有机磷中毒的诊治水平。
Organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is one of the most common acute poisoning in clinic. It is not difficult to diagnose the typical symptoms of poisoning, but it is easy to miss or misdiagnosis when the clinical manifestations are special. This article reports the cases of organophosphate poisoning with polyneuritis as the main clinical manifestation in order to attract more attention and improve the diagnosis and treatment of organophosphate poisoning.
