我厂生产的两秒经纬仪,每台需钢球28粒,技术参数是:每台组28粒的直径不等差不超过1微米。根据上述的技术要求及其作用,我们采用万能测长仪的“电眼”作为公差带的测量装置。因为“电眼”的灵敏度,即电眼处于刚开始出现极小的闪烁亮斑与刚呈现闭合的两个瞬间,测头位置的移动量是可由图1中的电阻R_3调节的。这个量的大小,可在万能测长仪上以乌氏干涉仪读数头代替阿贝读数头,经过细心调整 R_3而得到。然后把“电眼”装置与马氏干涉仪组合使用〈见图2〉,即可用以测量钢球的公差带。测量步骤如下:
