从白纹伊蚊(Aedes albopictus)初孵幼虫组织建立三个细胞株。其中两个作过系统研究,目前为止传至21、34、44代次。细胞类型以多边形上皮细胞为主(约占90%)掺杂极少数的梭形细胞、双核细胞。细胞生长迅速而恒定,对数期二倍增长时间均为11小时,接种6天细胞能增殖至原来的10倍左右。细胞接种后2小时贴壁,8小时少量分裂,24小时分裂数达高峰。细胞核学特征以二倍体为主(占74—90%)。三个细胞株冷冻贮存于液氮(-196℃)中,一年后仍有94%能复活。对细胞株作外来因子检查,结果阴性。初步试验证明细胞系对六种病毒有敏感性。
Three cell lines were established from newly hatched larvae of Aedes albopictus. Two of them were systematically studied and so far reached 21, 34, 44.
