怎样衡量一所农村中小学办得好坏,这是当前人们十分关心的问题,也是长期以来没能解决好的问题。我认为,要改变“口号全面,评价片面”的不科学的教育评估的现状,应因地制宜,订立科学的学校教育质量的衡量标准,并严格贯彻执行。在我国社会主义农村这个特定的环境里,其学校的教育质量,我认为应从以下几个方面加以衡量:
How to measure the success of a primary and secondary school in rural areas is a problem that people are most concerned about now and a problem that has not been solved for a long time.
