帮着一个又一个“倒灶鬼”脱贫致富,他的“心”是热的;把工作做到群众心坎儿里,他的“心”是诚的;手绝不能往农民钱褡子里插,他的“心”是净的4月24日,三门信用社信贷员杜长江的宿舍一下子热闹起来。寨沟村的梁佳板、三门村的王功娃、王原村的许春生……乡里乡亲都是这里的常客。他们聚在一起喝茶抽烟,跟走亲戚一样闲话家常。每月逢五,是三门镇逢集的日子,哪怕天阴下雨,杜长江的宿舍也总是“人满为患”。逢集赶会,到信用社串串门,对当地不少乡亲们而言,多年来已是家常便饭。
