目的:探究全程优质护理模式对口腔颌面外科手术患者住院满意度及不良情绪的影响。方法:随机选取我院收治的口腔颌面外科手术患者160例作为研究对象,将其均匀分为实验组与对照组各80例,对照组患者实施常规护理方式,实验组患者实施全程优质护理干预措施,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:比较两组患者数据发现,实验组患者护理效果明显优于对照组,患者焦虑、抑郁评分较低,满意度较高。结论:对口腔颌面外科手术患者实施全程优质护理干预措施,有利于提高患者满意度,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁的情绪,在临床应用中有较高推广价值。
Objective: To investigate the effect of full quality nursing mode on hospital satisfaction and adverse emotions in patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery. Methods: A total of 160 patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery in our hospital were randomly selected as study subjects, which were equally divided into experimental group and control group of 80 cases each. Patients in control group were given routine nursing care. Patients in experimental group were treated with full quality nursing intervention Measures to compare the two groups of patients nursing effect. Results: The data of two groups of patients were compared. The nursing effect of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group. The anxiety and depression scores were lower and the satisfaction was higher. Conclusion: The implementation of high-quality nursing interventions in patients with oral and maxillofacial surgery is conducive to improving patient satisfaction and alleviating the anxiety and depression of patients, which has a high promotion value in clinical application.
