目的探讨全程护理管理模式应用于体外冲击波碎石术患者的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年1月~2016年12月开展体外冲击碎石术的70例患者为研究对象,按照随机分组法将患者分为两组,对照组按常规护理,观察组给予全程护理管理模式,对两组临床效果进行观察。结果观察组患者术后住院时间、并发症发生情况均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用全程护理管理模式有利于接受体外冲击波碎石术治疗的患者尽快恢复健康。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of full nursing management in patients undergoing extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy. Methods Seventy patients undergoing extracorporeal shock lithotripsy in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random grouping method. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was given complete nursing management Model, the clinical effect of the two groups were observed. Results The length of postoperative hospital stay and complications in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of full-scale nursing management mode is conducive to patients receiving ESWL recovery as soon as possible to restore health.
