2016年9月15日第14号台风“莫兰蒂”正面登陆厦门,给厦门带来巨大的破坏,紧随其后又有“鲶鱼”来袭。双台风的到来,致使厦门3座220千伏大型铁塔被吹倒,岛外各区大面积停电。房屋倒塌损坏113处,道路积水195处,35万棵行道树倒伏,直接经济损失达16.7亿。就鼓浪屿来看,旅游接待人数同比下降61.54%,门票收入同比下降65.5%。作为全国著名旅游城市,厦门该如何把灾害对旅游业的影响减少到最低限度,尽快恢复旅游业秩序,成为了人们关注的焦点之一。
